Hubert Memorial Higher Secondary School is an educational Institution of the Catholic Church belonging and managed by the Visitation Sisters of Don Bosco (registered as Visitation Sisters of Don Bosco under the Meghalaya Societies Registration Act XII of 1983 NO. SR/VSDB-509/87 of 1987).
Hubert Memorial School was conceptualized out of the vision of Archbishop Hubert D’Rosario (1919-1994), the founder of the Visitation Sisters of Don Bosco (VSDB).
